I’m Jennifer Behan, RD, a Registered Dietitian at Wilfong Nutrition LLC, providing non-diet, evidence-based nutrition counseling in Austin, Texas and virtually across Texas.
I bring a strong background in behavioral change and leadership coaching to my nutrition work. I am an Advanced DISC Certified Human Behavioral Consultant, a Certified Professional Coach, and a Certified Legacy Leadership Coach. This training allows me to support clients not only with nutrition education, but with the deeper behavioral patterns that influence eating and overall health.
