If we are not in-network with your insurance provider we can provide you with a superbill, detailing the services and amount you paid, for you to submit directly to your insurance provider. The superbill is not a guarantee of reimbursement and your session fee will be due at the time of service.

What is a session like?

Whether we are meeting over telehealth or in an office setting, our sessions are very similar. Your first session will likely last one hour, a dietitian will review your history with food and exercise, learn about your personal nutrition goals and difficulties you have faced while trying to reach them.  Please bring any current labs or medical information.  Follow up sessions are between 30 minutes to 1 hour and focus on nutrition recommendations and education, addressing barriers to change and developing new skills to help sustain your nutrition goals. We do practice from a non-diet approach and Anne is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
