Anne Wilfong RDN, LD, CEDS

My journey as a dietitian

I was exposed to Intuitive Eating early in my career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Ever since, it has been a passion of mine to help others make peace with food by developing a balanced relationship with their body. Completing the coursework and training to become a Certified IE Counselor has allowed me to make my philosophy, my practice.

I received bachelor’s degrees in both nutrition and business from the University of Texas at Austin. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I work closely with my clients to encourage personal behavior modification to achieve their goals. I am interested in working with clients to improve their overall nutrition status, and I specialize in eating disorders and oncology nutrition.

As your dietitian, I care about your nutrition concerns and will work with you to decrease stress around food, develop a nutrition plan that works for you, and establish joyful movement. Let’s start the journey together.

In addition to over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people. I have shared my knowledge as a guest lecturer on Eating Disorders at University of Texas at Austin. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) credentialed through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), as well as a member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD).

Laura Mihova, MPH, RDN, LDN

Hello! I'm Laura Mihova, a dedicated Registered and Licensed Dietitian based in the great state of Texas. With a heart committed to improving lives through better nutrition, I've embarked on a journey with Wilfong Nutrition LLC, a space where I can truly make a difference.

My career has been shaped by my unyielding belief in a non-diet approach to health. I completed my bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Food Science at Louisiana State University. During this time, I had the honor of being a part of the LSU Student Health Center's Eating Disorder Treatment Team, collaborating closely with other professionals including dietitians, physicians, psychologists, and psychiatrists. I went on to complete my dietetic internship and Master of Public Health at UTHealth Houston in 2023. This coordinated program fostered my seed-to-plate, non-diet philosophy.

I understand that healing is about more than just food—it's about nurturing the mind, body, and soul. As a Registered Dietitian, I've had the privilege of offering guidance and care to young individuals seeking a healthier relationship with their bodies and food. The combination of my clinical expertise and compassionate approach has allowed me to connect with individuals on a profound level.

Every journey begins with a single step, and I'm excited to take that step with you. Together, we'll explore a path to wellness that's marked by understanding and empowerment. Through meaningful conversations and tailored guidance, we'll work towards fostering a positive relationship with food, your body, and yourself. I'm here to listen, to support, and to guide. Let's enter this new chapter together.
